By using familydentistryclinic.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to everyone: patients browsing our directory, dentists whose practices are listed, and researchers or press using our content.
Editorial content
All editorial content on this Site — articles, rankings, cost guides, reviewer profiles, and Q&A answers — is copyright Family Dentistry Clinic. You may:
- Read, share, and link to our content freely
- Quote up to 300 words in your own publication with attribution and a link back
- Reproduce our editorial content on request for educational, non-commercial use
You may not:
- Republish our editorial content wholesale on another site without permission
- Modify our rankings or ratings and present them as if unaltered
- Use our content to train commercial AI models without a license
- Scrape our clinic data at volume without a data license agreement
Directory listings
Clinic listings on our directory are editorial content, not endorsements. Inclusion in our directory does not constitute a recommendation for you specifically. Use our content to help find a qualified dentist; use your own consultation and judgment to decide who to work with.
If you are a dental practice that appears in our directory and believe your listing is inaccurate, contact us at Admin@familydentistryclinic.com. We will investigate and correct verified errors within 5 business days.
User contributions
If you submit content to us (Q&A questions, contact form messages, or any other user submission), you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, and archive that content. You retain copyright to your own words. You represent that:
- Your submission is your own work
- You have the right to submit it
- It does not defame or harass any specific person
- It does not contain confidential medical information about identifiable third parties
We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any user submission at our discretion.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Indemnification

Governing law

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that reasonably survive termination (copyright, liability, governing law) survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are announced with 30 days notice via a homepage banner. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
